Ahmed Hassan stated on Facebook: "A source in Al Ahly... Wissam Abu Ali will be medically ready for the return match against Sundowns next Friday."
The first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-final between Al Ahly and Sundowns ended in a goalless draw, 0-0.
The return match between the two teams will take place next Friday at the Cairo International Stadium.
