Al-Ghandour Attacks Ahmed Sayed Zizo
Media figure Khaled Al-Ghandour attacked Zamalek star Ahmed Sayed Zizo after his recent crisis with the club.
The player has been absent from the white team's training sessions lately and has also filed a complaint against Zamalek regarding his overdue financial dues.
Al-Ghandour stated on "On Sport" channel: "Before I talk about Zizo's dues, he still has two months left on his contract. What does it mean to be absent from training? He is supposed to be a professional player."
He added: "His exclusion from the Confederation Cup match is Zamalek's prerogative, but he should have attended and participated in training, and Zamalek's decision to exclude him is normal."
He continued: "Zizo has the right to terminate his contract with Zamalek and give them notice, but he should do so while training, like Michalak and Seif El-Din El-Jaziri."
He further stated: "Zizo stayed at home and went to file a report against Zamalek, but he should have come to training and participated with the team in the upcoming matches."
He concluded: "Who is he supposed to complain to, the Football Association or the Court of Arbitration for Sport? Or should he file a report at the police station? It is natural for him to take the proper steps to prove his entitlement to the money in the sports court."
