Sergio Conceição, the head coach of AC Milan, received a significant boost ahead of the crucial match against Atalanta next Sunday, as part of the 33rd round of the Italian Serie A.

According to "Football Italia", French goalkeeper Mike Maignan has returned to full training after recovering from a head injury sustained during the match against Udinese.

In accordance with UEFA protocol, the player underwent 7 days of rest before returning and is now largely ready to participate in Sunday’s match.

The training sessions also saw the return of Mexican striker Santiago Giménez after a 13-day absence due to injury, and the report confirmed that Giménez will be available against Atalanta, but will start the match from the bench.

Milan currently sits in ninth place in the Serie A standings with 51 points, while Atalanta is in third place with 61 points.
