Penalties for the Al-Ahly vs. Pyramids Match

The clubs' association announced today, Tuesday, the penalties for the Al-Ahly vs. Pyramids match, which took place last Saturday as part of the second round of the decisive phase of the Egyptian Premier League.

The penalties for Al-Ahly and Pyramids are as follows:

1- Suspension of Mohamed El-Shiby, Pyramids player, and a fine of 5,000 EGP due to receiving his third yellow card.

2- Suspension of Walid El-Karti, Pyramids player, and a fine of 5,000 EGP due to receiving his third yellow card.

3- Suspension of Mohannad Lashin, Pyramids player, for one match and a fine of 2,500 EGP due to a red card resulting from two yellow cards in the same match.

4- A warning for Ahmed Zahir, the administrative manager of Pyramids, and a fine of 30,000 EGP for attempting to assault Mohamed Shawky, Al-Ahly's football director.

5- A warning for Krunoslav Jurčić, the head coach of Pyramids, and a fine of 30,000 EGP for attempting to assault Imam Ashour, Al-Ahly's player, during the stoppage of the match.

6- A fine of 20,000 EGP on Mohamed El-Shiby, Pyramids player, for failing to receive the Man of the Match award at the scheduled time according to protocol.

7- A warning for Mohamed Shawky, Al-Ahly's football director, and a fine of 30,000 EGP for attempting to assault Ahmed Zahir, the administrative manager of Pyramids.

8- A warning to Al-Ahly club and a financial penalty of 100,000 EGP for the club's fans in the front row throwing water bottles at match officials and the opposing team in the 85th minute and repeating it in the 95th minute.

9- A warning for Imam Ashour, Al-Ahly's player, and a fine of 50,000 EGP for attempting to assault Krunoslav Jurčić, the head coach of Pyramids, during the stoppage of the match.
