Former Al Ahly Star Criticizes Koller
Hesham Hanafi, the former Al Ahly star, criticized Marcel Koller, the coach of Al Ahly, after the red team drew against Pyramids yesterday with a score of 1-1 in a match within the framework of the second round of the decisive phase of the Premier League.
Hesham Hanafi said during the "Stad Al-Mahwar" program: "Al Ahly did not create any chances in the second half except for the goal, and I feel that Koller is stubborn with some players, and where is Afsha?"
He continued: "Substituting Ashraf Ben Cherki was a big mistake, and the player is capable of scoring at any moment, and El-Shennawy is not to blame for Mohamed El-Shebi's goal."
He added: "The absences of Pyramids affected them against Al Ahly, and Koller was unable to exploit these absences despite their impact on the performance of the blue team."
He concluded: "I do not understand why Koller relies on players in the number 6 position in every match."
