The management of Al-Ahli Jeddah Club has entered into serious negotiations with their counterparts at Al-Ettifaq Club to sign Mohamed Abdulrahman Youssef, the team's defender and member of the Saudi Olympic national team.

According to press sources, the Al-Ettifaq management does not oppose selling the contract of Mohamed Abdulrahman, which extends until 2028 for a one-time fee of 50 million riyals, especially with the presence of Rady Al-Otaibi and Madallah Al-Olayan in the same position.

Mohamed is admired by many clubs besides Al-Ahli, foremost among them being Al-Ittihad, Neom, Al-Dhariyah, and Al-Khulood, which expressed their desire to sign the player during the last winter transfer window.

According to sources, the Al-Ettifaq management aims to create financial balance early with the return of Khaled Al-Ghannam from Al-Hilal and to sign foreign players for the upcoming season.
