Milan Goalkeeper Taken to Hospital

Mike Maignan, the goalkeeper for AC Milan, was carried off on a stretcher in a concerning incident during the match against Udinese in round 32 of the Italian league.

Ten minutes into the second half, Maignan rushed out of the penalty area attempting to clear a dangerous pass from Udinese, but he struck a powerful ball against his defender Jimenez, resulting in a strong head collision between the players.

Both players fell to the ground before the medical staff quickly intervened to treat them, while it appeared that Maignan had lost consciousness for a moment before regaining awareness as he was leaving the field.

According to the 'Football Italia' network, the French goalkeeper was taken to the hospital to ensure his health condition.

Jimenez was also substituted a quarter of an hour after the incident, as his teammate Fikayo Tomori indicated the need for his substitution, while it was very strange for the player to continue on the field after the incident.
