Manchester United Legend Praises Ronaldo

Dwight Yorke, the Manchester United legend, praised Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo of Al-Nassr, affirming that the Portuguese player is the most important transfer in the history of Saudi football.

Al-Nassr will face Al-Hilal tonight, Friday, in a match within the 26th round of the Saudi Pro League.

Yorke said on the program "In the Goal" on Al-Arabiya channel: "Cristiano is a global star with a clear impact, and he is the most important transfer in the history of Saudi football... He has made a significant transformation in the Saudi league since joining Al-Nassr."

He continued: "Ronaldo's impact is very large, and now everyone in the world is watching the Saudi league because of him... Whenever Cristiano is with Al-Nassr, any other player will be overshadowed in terms of impact."

He added: "Duran is a good and young player, and he had a good season with Aston Villa, and naturally benefited from the presence of Cristiano... But he will not have the biggest impact in the presence of the Portuguese star."

He further stated: "I like Duran's style, as well as Leonardo's style at Al-Hilal, but they do not play in the same way, and I see that Duran has a greater attacking ferocity... Regarding the derby, I see that Al-Hilal will win the match in their favor."
