Piqué Sends Message to Müller Regarding His Future with Bayern Munich
Gerard Piqué, the former Barcelona and Spain defender, sent a special message to Thomas Müller, the Bayern Munich forward, regarding his future with the Bavarian team as his contract nears its end in June.
Piqué commented on Müller's situation, saying: "Müller should do what he feels. In the end, everyone has their own interests and circumstances, and he might want to explore new options or finish his career with Bayern; the decision is entirely up to him."
He added: "He definitely knows what he wants in the next phase; I wish him all the best because he is a great man."
Thomas Müller has played 742 matches for Bayern Munich in all competitions, scoring 247 goals and providing 273 assists, making him one of the club's greatest legends throughout its history.
