Following the unexpected exit from the Copa del Rey, defender Jose Maria Jimenez spoke about his team Atletico Madrid's performance in the match, emphasizing the importance of accepting reality and focusing on what remains of the season.

In statements to the media after the match, Jimenez expressed his regret over the loss but praised the noticeable improvement in the team's performance during the second half of the match.
