The match between Zamalek and Stellenbosch, held today Wednesday in the first leg of the African Confederation Cup quarter-finals, ended in a 0-0 draw.
Zamalek qualified for the quarter-finals after finishing at the top of Group D with 14 points, while Stellenbosch advanced to this stage after finishing second in Group B with 9 points.
The second leg of the Confederation Cup quarter-finals will take place on April 9 at Cairo International Stadium.
It is worth mentioning that Zamalek is the defending champion of the previous edition of the African Confederation Cup.
