Hazem Imam Comments on the Reduction of Al Ahly's Punishments
Hazem Imam, a member of the Planning Committee at Zamalek Club, attacked the Clubs Association following the decision to reduce the penalties imposed on Al Ahly.
The Board of Directors of the Clubs Association decided last Sunday to reduce the penalties imposed on Al Ahly after its withdrawal from the summit match against Zamalek, by not deducting an additional 3 points from Al Ahly at the end of the season, and opting to impose financial fines on the club according to the regulations, in addition to confirming Zamalek's victory in the match with a score of 3-0.
Hazem Imam stated on the platform "X": "What kind of coercive power is this, guys? It's really shameful. The President of FIFA was here himself, so look for another reason."
Meanwhile, Al Ahly is preparing to face Sudan's Al Hilal today, Tuesday, in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the African Champions League.
