Hamam Tarek: Our loss against Al-Zawraa is due to the referees!
Hamam Tarek, a player for Al-Student Club, expressed his anger after his team's loss to Al-Zawraa with a score of 2-1, confirming that the defeat was not due to the team's performance but rather the referees' decisions.
Hamam stated in remarks after the match: "We did not lose to Al-Zawraa, but we lost because of the referee. There were clear refereeing errors that affected the course of the match, but God is present, and we trust that justice will take its course."
He added: "We played a good match and were the better team in many periods, but some decisions affected us, and now we have to close this chapter and focus on the upcoming matches, as the league journey is still long."
Regarding the Iraqi national team, Hamam said: "I hope the next coach of the national team will be local. We have competent coaches who know Iraqi football well and deserve the opportunity to lead the team."
