Guardiola Comments on De Bruyne's Future and Talks About Rodri's Return
Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola spoke about the future of Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne and the expected return of Rodri, who is sidelined due to an ACL injury.
Guardiola said in a press conference: "Rodri's return? Look, it would have been great if he played tomorrow, but the decision is wrong right now. He's performing wonderfully on the pitch, but the competition is different; we need to make sure he is okay before bringing him back in."
Regarding De Bruyne's future: "It's a matter between the club, Kevin, and his agent. It's between the club and Kevin."
On Grealish's absence from the England national team: "I wish the best for the players of the team and the national team. I wish them all the best. I wish him all the best, first and foremost for Manchester City and for the national team."
