Flick: This is Araujo and Raphinha's situation, and we are not Real Madrid

Barcelona coach Hans Flick appeared at a press conference to discuss tomorrow's match against Osasuna, in the postponed match from round 27 of La Liga.

The coach said: "Araujo and Raphinha will not play tomorrow; they are returning from a very long trip and need rest. Eric Garcia and Inigo Martinez will play in the starting lineup tomorrow."

He added: "We have many talented players in this team, and we can win against any team, even if some players are not with us. So, I am focusing on that. We are looking ahead, and I am very optimistic about it."

He continued: "We are preparing, and the team is ready. The only thing we need to consider is the physical load on the players, and also those who performed well in training today and in the past few days. That's what we need to monitor."

Regarding Koulibaly's injury: "The injury is not as serious as we initially thought, but it's good that he gets three more days. So I am prepared for that. If we need him, he will play, but I don't think that will happen tomorrow."

He added: "Lewandowski is completely ready to play; tomorrow we will decide whether he will start or not. His health condition is excellent. Ferran is also fine."

On Real Madrid's complaint about the match schedule and playing tomorrow with less than 72 hours of rest: "We are Barcelona, not Real Madrid, and I am proud of that."

He stated: "I spoke with the coaching staff and the medical team and decided what is required to help the players recover better. They are all fine now and in good health."

Regarding his reaction after the announcement of the Osasuna match date: "I don't want to talk about my reaction, okay? I think it's not good, but we have to accept it. This is the reality. They decided that. And of course, I think we cannot change it; the club cannot change it. They said: 'You have to play,' and we have to play."

He concluded: "De Jong, Pedri, Koundé, Lamine, and Ferran Torres played extra time with their national teams; is that a problem? I didn't notice any difference today; I am very happy to train them. They performed well, and now it's hard for me to choose who will start tomorrow (laughs)."
