- Failure to achieve victory over Zamalek in any of the 4 matches throughout the season (3 draws and a loss by withdrawal).

- Playing 18 matches in the league (only 11 wins, 6 draws, and 1 loss), resulting in a loss of 15 points in 18 matches.

- Dropping to second place in the league, 7 points behind the leaders Pyramids, distancing from the league title.

- Approaching the end of the local season empty-handed without participating in the Egypt Cup, losing the League Cup, and nearing the loss of the league.

- Finishing second in their group in the African Champions League after suffering two defeats, including a loss at home in front of their fans against Orlando.
