Ahmed Hassan, the former Zamalek star, revealed that there is competition between Zamalek and Pyramids to sign Mohamed Sherif, the star of Al Khaleej Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed Hassan stated via Facebook: "Exclusive.. There is a strong competition between Zamalek and Pyramids to acquire Mohamed Sherif."
He added that the player is awaiting Al Ahly's final position to determine his fate.
Al Ahly is preparing to face Al Hilal Sudanese in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the African Champions League, with the match scheduled for April 1st.
