Good news for Al-Nassr fans.. Can the protest against Al-Urobah be accepted?

Legal expert Ahmed Al-Shaikhi sparked widespread controversy with recent statements revealing exciting developments regarding Al-Nassr's protest against Al-Urobah.

Al-Shaikhi explained that if the Appeals Committee adheres to its previous principles, the decision of the Disciplinary Committee may be annulled in favor of Al-Nassr.

The protest revolves around the participation of goalkeeper Raef Al-Ruwaili, as Al-Nassr considers his participation in the last match to be illegal.

Al-Shaikhi referred to a recent ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) that confirmed that the failure to deny the incident is considered conclusive evidence of its validity.

The court emphasized that point deductions are mandatory if the local federation's regulations clearly stipulate this without room for interpretation.
