Al-Sheikh Explains the Reasons Behind the Failure of Some Coaches in Roshan League

Talal Al-Sheikh, the former president of Al-Shabab Club, explained the reasons for the lack of success of some international coaches with their clubs in the Roshan League.

Al-Sheikh confirmed during the "Sports Scope" program that administrative issues are one of the main factors contributing to this failure, pointing out that some management teams lack the football insight that aligns with the ambitions of foreign coaches.

He also stated that there is a crisis affecting coaches' performance, which is the delay in salary payments.

He clarified that international coaches come to the Roshan League to achieve remarkable results, but the capabilities of players in some clubs do not match their aspirations.

He added, "It is difficult to bring in a world-class coach for a team that is in tenth place in the league and then demand that they win a championship. This is impossible."
