Real Madrid Will Not Rely on Player in the Club World Cup
The Spanish network Relevo reported that Real Madrid does not wish to rely on center-back Jesus Vallejo in the upcoming Club World Cup, which is set to begin on June 14.
According to the report, Vallejo will leave Real Madrid at the end of the current season, even though his contract officially ends on June 30.
While both Luka Modric and Lucas Vazquez also have contracts expiring at the same time, the club's approach towards them will be different.
It is worth noting that the injury-prone Vallejo has only participated in one match this season, and that was for just 10 minutes.
