The Italian club Inter Milan has intensified its efforts to sign young Turkish star Arda Güler, a midfielder for Real Madrid, during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to media reports.

The website "Football Italy" mentioned that Inter Milan has initiated preliminary talks with Güler's agents after facing difficulties in signing Nico Paz, a player from Como who is on loan from Real Madrid, as the royal club has the option to buy him back for 9 million euros and is considering activating it.

Güler, who is 20 years old, joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2023 from Turkish club Fenerbahçe, but he has not received enough opportunities to participate regularly under coach Carlo Ancelotti, making him open to the idea of leaving.

According to reports, Inter Milan has received positive feedback from those close to the player, and the presence of his compatriot Hakan Çalhanoğlu, the captain of the Turkish national team, could be a significant factor in convincing Güler to join the Nerazzurri.

It is noted that Güler has played 30 matches this season with Real Madrid, of which 20 were as a substitute, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists for his teammates.
