Wojciech Chesney, the goalkeeper of FC Barcelona, confirmed that the issue of renewing his contract with the Catalan club is not on the table at the moment, indicating that he is only focusing on the matches without thinking about the near future.

Chesney said: "After my experiences at Arsenal, Roma, and Juventus, I don't feel any pressure playing for this club. Barcelona is a great club, but I am not thinking about anything off the pitch right now."

He added: "Renewing the contract for another year? This topic is not on the table at all right now. We play every three days, and I don't even want to think about it now."

He continued: "I will evaluate my career with Barcelona after May 30. Winning the Champions League has always been my dream, and I had given up on it for a while, but it has returned now."

He went on: "When I arrived, I spent 3-4 months on the bench, and I had no problem with that. Now I am playing, and I am not facing any problems either."

He concluded: "I am in a strange phase of my career, where I still feel capable of competing at the highest level, but I am not here to prove anything. I just want to help the team in the best way possible."
