Gabonese Referee to Officiate Zamalek vs. Stellenbosch Match

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has decided to select the officiating crew for the match between Zamalek and South Africa's Stellenbosch in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the Confederation Cup.

According to sources, CAF has informed Zamalek officials that Gabonese referee Tanguy Mbiami will officiate the match against the South African team.

The officiating crew for the Zamalek vs. Stellenbosch match will include Gabonese Tanguy Mbiami as the main referee, assisted by Boris Marlez Ditsouga and Togolese Jonathan Ahonto Kofi as assistants, along with Cameroonian Janot Frank Beto as the fourth official.

Gabonese Pierre Gislain Acho will be in charge of the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system, assisted by Rwandan Salima Muksanga.

Additionally, Ahmed Nadhir Hussein from Mauritius has been appointed as the general observer for the match, while Libyan Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed will serve as the referees' observer, and the general coordinator is Helly Zafineman from Madagascar.
