Khaled Al-Ghandour Criticizes Al-Ahly After Filing a Complaint with the Olympic Committee
Khaled Al-Ghandour, the former Zamalek star, criticized Al-Ahly's management after they filed a complaint against the Football Association and the Clubs Association with the Olympic Committee following the crisis of the summit match.
Al-Ahly submitted this complaint due to the appointment of Egyptian referees for the match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek.
Al-Ghandour stated via his Facebook account: "The Egyptian Olympic Committee does not have jurisdiction over the organization of the league or foreign referees, and it is natural that after the decision is issued, one should go to the Appeals Committee and then to the Sports Arbitration Court."
He concluded: "No club in the world goes to the Olympic Committee to file a complaint; this is something new."
