Italian coach Stefano Pioli, currently managing Al Nassr, tops the list of candidates to take over as coach of Juventus, succeeding his compatriot Thiago Motta, who is currently at the helm of the club.
According to what was confirmed by the Italian newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport", the Al Nassr coach is the most prominent name to succeed Motta as he knows Juventus well and previously defended its colors for three seasons in the 1980s.
The Italian newspaper mentioned that Pioli's strengths lie in his experience coaching major teams such as Inter and Milan, where he managed stars like Swedish Zlatan Ibrahimovic and French Giroud with the Rossoneri, as well as the legendary Cristiano Ronaldo at Al Nassr.
The report also stated that the Italian coach appears to be practical and realistic, has a strong personality, and can manage the locker room effectively.
