Pyramids Files Official Complaints Against Ihab Al-Komy

Pyramids Club announced that it has filed official complaints against media figure and former member of the Egyptian Football Association board, Ihab Al-Komy, following statements that the club deemed offensive to it.

Pyramids confirmed in an official statement that it has submitted a complaint to the public prosecutor, in addition to a complaint to the Supreme Council for Media Regulation and another to the Disciplinary Committee of the Egyptian Football Association, following the statements made by Al-Komy.

Ihab Al-Komy had claimed that there was a premeditated intention to award Pyramids the title of the Egyptian Premier League, asserting that he possesses evidence to support this. In response to these statements, Pyramids included a video clip containing the allegations in its complaints, calling for an urgent investigation and necessary legal actions to be taken.

The club emphasized that the statements made by Al-Komy contain false information that harms the reputation of Pyramids and make accusations without evidence, which is unacceptable. The club urged the relevant authorities to conduct an immediate investigation and take appropriate measures against anyone making false claims.

Pyramids currently tops the Egyptian Premier League standings with 42 points, having achieved 13 victories, 3 draws, and 1 loss so far.
