Manchester United Player Returns to Training After Long Absence
Mason Mount, the midfielder for Manchester United, has returned to team training after a long absence due to injury.
Mount's return comes just one day before the second leg of the Round of 16 in the Europa League tomorrow, Thursday, against Spanish team Real Sociedad.
In a statement from United, it was mentioned: "Mason Mount has returned to work with the group, taking a significant step towards his first appearance in 2025, after suffering an injury in the Manchester derby victory at the Etihad Stadium in December."
Coach Ruben Amorim has previously expressed how the intelligent midfielder could fit perfectly into his playing style.
