The Union Crisis.. Four Coaches and Lack of Cohesion

The Union Club is experiencing a real crisis that has affected its level and results, prompting sports analyst Khalid Al-Maliki to direct sharp criticism regarding the current situation of the team.

Al-Maliki pointed out that the problem lies not only in performance but also in the presence of four coaches leading the team in a disjointed manner.

He explained that the French trio, Karim Benzema, Moussa Diaby, and Houssem Aouar, are playing roles that exceed being mere players, as they impose their vision on the field. This leads to a clash of ideas and instability in performance, amid the presence of the main coach, Laurent Blanc.

The analyst added that the three players act as if they hold the tactical decision-making power on the field, which negatively impacts the team. They do not limit themselves to their roles as players but frequently express their objections, creating a state of chaos within the playing area.

In contrast, Al-Maliki believes that Laurent Blanc does not deal firmly with this chaos, as he remains on the sidelines, content with mere observation without effective intervention. This absence of asserting the coach's personality complicates the situation within the team and weakens the cohesion among the players.

Amid these charged atmospheres, the Union still needs to regain balance quickly before the crisis escalates. The lack of clear leadership within the team may be one of the main reasons behind the ongoing decline in results.
