Renard Prepares Surprises in the Green Squad

The Saudi national team is gearing up for two crucial matches against China and Japan in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, with expectations of notable changes in the squad.

According to media reports, French coach Hervé Renard plans to call up some new names, along with the return of players who have been absent in the past period to strengthen the Green's ranks.

Among the names likely to join are Mohammed Al-Owais (Al-Hilal), Abdulrahman Al-Aboud (Al-Ittihad), in addition to Murad Hossawi and Abdullah Al-Salem (Al-Khaleej), along with Jihad Dhakri and Turki Al-Amar (Al-Qadisiyah).
