Possibility of Ahmed Fattouh Joining Egypt National Team Camp
Khaled Al-Ghandour, the former Zamalek star, revealed the possibility of Ahmed Fattouh, the Zamalek star, joining the Egypt national team camp that starts on March 17.
Al-Ghandour said during his program "Stadium Al-Mahwar": "Hossam Hassan hopes for Fattouh to participate with Zamalek to assess his technical and physical level before including him in the Egypt national team camp."
He continued: "Hossam Hassan's consideration of including Fattouh came after the injury of Mohamed Hamdi, Pyramids player, who suffered a sprain in the anterior cruciate ligament with swelling in the knee, and it has been confirmed that he will be absent for 3 weeks before returning to participate in his team's training."
He added: "A source within the Egypt national team's coaching staff said that Hossam Hassan is hesitant about Fattouh due to his lack of participation with Zamalek, but Mohamed Hamdi's injury may open the door for the inclusion of the Zamalek player."
