Haider Obeid Praises His Players After Victory Over Najaf

Haider Obeid, the interim coach of Al-Zawraa, expressed his happiness with the difficult victory achieved against Najaf with a score of 2-1, confirming that the players displayed a fighting performance despite the immense pressure in the final minutes.

Obeid stated, "We secured an important win against a strong opponent like Najaf. We started the match well and controlled the proceedings in the first half, but in the second half, we faced significant pressure, and we had to deal with it with high concentration to maintain the score."

Obeid also noted that the team still needs some corrections in technical and tactical aspects, especially in how to handle pressure from the opponent.
