Nahdat Zemamra Announces Departure of Coach Mohamed Amin Benhashim
In an unexpected surprise, Nahdat Zemamra announced its separation from coach Mohamed Amin Benhashim, ahead of the anticipated match against the Royal Army, as part of the 24th round of the Moroccan Professional League.
Nahdat Zemamra currently occupies the third position in the league standings with 40 points, and aims to secure a spot in the African Champions League for the next season. However, despite the positive results, the separation occurred due to differing viewpoints between the coach and the club's management.
Benhashim confirmed his departure through his official accounts, stating: "After a year and a half with the team, a mutual decision was reached to terminate the contract. The club wanted to end the contract immediately, while I preferred to wait until the end of the season to see the complete picture before making my final decision."
He added: "I did not refuse to renew, but I needed more time to make the right decision for my career."
