A British newspaper report has stated that Real Madrid is looking to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold before the Club World Cup, which is scheduled to take place this summer.
The British newspaper "The Sun" mentioned that Real Madrid is willing to pay Liverpool a sum to acquire Arnold before the Club World Cup.
Arnold's contract with the Reds is set to expire on June 30, 2025, and he has not yet renewed his contract with the English club.
The Club World Cup is expected to take place between June 15 and July 13.
FIFA had granted the clubs participating in the Club World Cup permission to make new signings before the official opening of the summer transfer market.
