Reports have revealed that a heated altercation occurred between Dutchman Virgil van Dijk, Liverpool's defender, and Luis Campos, the sporting director of Paris Saint-Germain, in the tunnel leading to the dressing rooms during halftime of the teams' match in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.

According to the "Daily Mail," the altercation broke out after Campos strongly objected to the non-red card for Ibrahima Konaté, Liverpool's defender, as the referee had issued a red card before the video assistant referee intervened to overturn the decision.

Cameras captured a strong remark from Van Dijk directed at Campos, where he said: "This is not Ligue 1 here, my friend."

It is worth noting that Liverpool secured a valuable victory with a score of 1-0 against Paris Saint-Germain, ahead of the anticipated second leg at Anfield on March 11.
