The Zamalek doctor stated that Jafali felt pain in his hamstring during the match against Enppi, which led to his substitution before the end of the first half.
He also confirmed that Jafali will undergo medical examinations and scans to determine the extent of his injury and the timeline for his return to participate in Zamalek's training sessions.
Mohamed Osama pointed out that Nasr Mansi is experiencing pain in his adductor muscle and will undergo a medical examination in the coming hours.
He further explained that Hossam Abdel-Majid, Zamalek's defender, felt fatigued and was rested after the first half of the match.
Zamalek won against Enppi with a score of three goals to none in the match held at the Arab Contractors Stadium, as part of the 17th round of the Premier League.
