Jorge Jesus Talks About the Loss to Pakhtakor in the Champions League

Jorge Jesus, the coach of Al Hilal, talked about his team's loss today against Pakhtakor from Uzbekistan with a score of 1-0 in the first leg of the Round of 16 in the AFC Champions League.

Jesus said in the press conference after the match: "Nothing is over yet; there is a second leg in Riyadh. The pitch was disastrous and affected our style of play."

He continued: "Pakhtakor exploited factors that were only present here on their home ground; things will change in the return leg."

He added: "We play a match every three days and travel a lot, which leads to many injuries, fatigue, and significant physical effort. On our home ground, the pitch will be excellent and suitable for us, and we will show our true face."

He concluded: "I am not sad about the loss, but I am sad about losing players to injury on this poor pitch."
