Al-Qahtani Criticizes Jesus' Decision in the Match Against Pakhtakor
Yasser Al-Qahtani, the former star of Al-Hilal, criticized Jorge Jesus, the coach of the team, for the playing style adopted despite the many injuries in his squad.
Today, on Tuesday, Al-Hilal lost to Pakhtakor 1-0 in the first leg of the Round of 16 of the AFC Champions League.
Al-Hilal defender Ali Al-Bulaihi suffered an injury during the match, prompting Jesus to substitute him with Mohammed Kanno.
Al-Qahtani stated through the "SSC" channel: "Jesus needs to change his playing style due to the numerous injuries, especially in the back line."
He added: "Why weaken your midfield and play Neves as a full-back? He should rely on a 3-4-3 formation in the second half, Neves must be in the midfield alongside Kanno without any philosophy."
