Amr Wahby, the former CEO of Presentation Sports, announced his apology for the position of Contracts Manager at Zamalek Club. Some have suggested that a quarrel occurred between Wahby and Ahmed Hossam Mido, which is one of the reasons for his exclusion from this position.
Amr Wahby responded to these rumors, stating in a post on Facebook: "I have never had a quarrel with anyone, past, present, or future."
He added: "However, differing opinions do not spoil the affection between me and Zamalek Club or any of its symbols."
He clarified: "I was only a candidate and did not take on any work to resign from... nor do I shy away from responsibility."
He continued: "However, the difference in vision regarding the goal, in general, does not imply that my vision is wrong, nor does it imply that theirs is wrong either."
He concluded: "But the difference in priorities in implementation made me look at the public interest of our club... Mido and Hazem Imam are my younger brothers, and respect will always remain between us, just to clarify."
