Guardiola Criticizes FA Cup Ball
Spanish manager Pep Guardiola of Manchester City has expressed his dissatisfaction with the FA Cup ball, asserting that it is unsuitable and impacts shooting accuracy, echoing previous complaints raised by many coaches and players in England.
Guardiola stated, "This ball is not good; this is not a new issue. Some may consider it just an excuse when losing, but it is a fact. Many coaches and players dislike it because shots do not come off as expected and correctly."
He added, "The Champions League and Premier League balls are exceptional, but the FA Cup ball is completely different."
It is worth noting that criticism of the ball used in the tournament is not the first of its kind, as other stars have previously complained about its impact on shooting control.
