On the other hand, Dutch player Steven Bergwijn and Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti only participated in fitness training, as Bergwijn is suffering from minor wounds, while Al-Shanqeeti sustained a muscle injury, prompting the medical staff to give them rest.

The Union enters the match at the top of the Roshan League standings with 56 points, leading by 5 points over Al-Hilal, making it essential for them to win to maintain their lead and widen the gap with their closest rivals.
