El-Wensh Denies Al-Ahly Negotiations
Mamdouh El-Wensh, the defender of Zamalek Club, revealed his stance on renewing his contract and staying with his team, amidst recent rumors about Al-Ahly's interest in acquiring his services next summer.
Media reports have claimed that Al-Ahly Club contacted El-Wensh to convince him to join the Red Castle, in order to strengthen the defense line in the upcoming phase.
According to Egyptian press sources, Ahmed Hossam Mido, a member of the planning committee at Zamalek, met with El-Wensh to understand his position on renewing his contract and the truth behind Al-Ahly's negotiations with him.
The sources indicated that El-Wensh informed Zamalek officials that the rumors about Al-Ahly's negotiations with him are untrue, confirming that he does not mind renewing his contract but on the condition of being financially appreciated.
It is expected that Zamalek will finalize its agreement with "Mamdouh El-Wensh" regarding the renewal of his contract so that he can continue as a Zamalek player for the next three seasons, according to reports.
