Abdel Latif Al-Domani, the former Zamalek star, criticized the referee of the match between Zamalek and Zed, which took place yesterday, Thursday, in the league.

The match between Zamalek and Zed, which was part of the 16th round of the Egyptian Premier League, ended in a 1-1 draw.

Al-Domani said during the "Zamalekawi" program on Zamalek Club's channel: "The match was an opportunity to achieve victory and secure three points to tighten the competition for the Premier League title, and the playing style against Zed should have been changed."

He added: "There should have been an offensive gamble in the playing style to achieve victory by any means, and overall the team performed well and wasted many chances."

He continued: "The referee of the match wasted the team's efforts and the coaching staff after denying them a legitimate penalty kick in addition to his mistakes in many refereeing decisions, and referee Mohamed Al-Sobahi was biased against Zamalek players."
