Castillejo Enters the Asian Experiment World
The Spanish winger Samuel Castillejo has started his journey in the Asian continent by joining Johor Darul Ta'zim FC in Malaysia.
Castillejo, who is 30 years old, joined Johor on a free transfer, having been without a club for several months.
Castillejo has become the 13th Spanish player in the team excelling in the AFC Champions League, notably including Jesé, a former Real Madrid player.
Castillejo initially rose to prominence with Málaga, and his biggest breakout was in La Liga when he played for Villarreal for three seasons.
After that, he played in the Italian league with Milan, where he didn't achieve much success, and also played for Sassuolo and Valencia.
