Zakho achieved an important victory over Al-Karma with a score of (2-0), thus qualifying for the quarterfinals of the Iraq Cup in a match that witnessed outstanding performances from both sides.

Zakho started the match with pressure from the beginning and managed to open the scoring in the second half in the 60th minute through Yemeni player "Nasser Mohammed", and just two minutes later, specifically in the 62nd minute, Aichita Dabit added the second goal for the team from Khabour to enhance his team's lead.

The match also saw a red card for Al-Karma's goalkeeper "Mohammed Hamid", but the decision was overturned due to offside on Zakho's striker Gustavo Henrique.
