Barcelona Announces Defender's Return from Injury

The Spanish club Barcelona announced, via its official account on the social media platform 'X', the return of Danish defender Andreas Christensen after receiving the green light to participate with the team ahead of the upcoming match against Real Sociedad.

Christensen participated in the team's group training after recovering from a hamstring injury he sustained last August, and he is considered one of the key pillars in Barcelona's defense since joining on a free transfer from Chelsea two seasons ago.

Barcelona currently leads La Liga with 54 points, while Real Sociedad is in ninth place with 34 points, making the upcoming match significant in the competition race.

Barcelona will host Real Sociedad next Sunday, in the 26th round of La Liga, at the Montjuic Stadium at 5:15 PM Cairo time, and 6:15 PM Mecca time.
