Inzaghi: We Overcame Lazio and Will Fight Until the End

After the match, Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Inter Milan, spoke about his team's performance, expressing his complete satisfaction with the result.

Inzaghi said: "We played a great match against a team that has high-level players. In the second half, our performance improved significantly, and I had to change the plan due to the circumstances of the match, but I have a remarkable group of players, and I am proud of them."

Despite the qualification, Inzaghi emphasized the need to focus on the upcoming period, stating: "We will think about Milan when the time comes in April, but right now we are facing difficulties on the wings, and we need to find solutions. This was the first match of six encounters in 20 days, and we will need all the players."

The coach also spoke about some of his players, praising their spirit despite the less-than-ideal physical conditions: "Today I got a lot of positive answers. Frattesi and Taremi were not in their best physical condition, but they gave everything they had despite playing under the influence of painkillers."

Regarding the brilliance of Marko Arnautović, Inzaghi revealed the importance of preparations before the match, saying: "This morning we practiced set pieces. We know exactly Arnautović's shooting capabilities, and he proved his quality today."
