Atletico Madrid Snatches Dramatic Draw from Barcelona in Copa del Rey

Atletico Madrid snatched a dramatic draw from the jaws of Barcelona with a score of 4-4 in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semi-finals at the Montjuïc Stadium.

Atletico Madrid took the lead through Julian Alvarez in the 1st minute, while Antoine Griezmann scored a second goal for the Rojiblancos in the 6th minute.

In the 19th minute, Pedri scored a goal to reduce the deficit with an assist from Koundé, then Pau Torres equalized with a goal assisted by Raphinha in the 21st minute.

Iñigo Martínez managed to score a third goal for Barca in the 41st minute with an assist from Raphinha, while substitute Robert Lewandowski scored a fourth goal assisted by Yamal in the 74th minute.

In the 84th minute, Marcos Llorente scored a third goal for the Rojiblancos, and in the 90+3 minute, Atletico Madrid equalized through Alexander Sørloth.

The return match is scheduled to take place on April 2 at the Civitas Metropolitano Stadium.
