Zamalek Spokesperson: Zizo Will Not Move to Al Ahly
Ahmed Salem, the official spokesperson for Zamalek Club, confirmed that the team's player Ahmed Sayed Zizo will not transfer to Al Ahly during the upcoming period.
Zizo's contract with Zamalek will end at the end of the current season, and there has been no agreement between the two parties regarding the extension terms due to financial disputes.
Ahmed Salem stated in his remarks: "The file for extending Ahmed Mustafa Zizo's contract is in the hands of the planning committee within Zamalek Club, and they are responsible for holding the upcoming meetings to resolve this file, but there is no specific time for that, and they are always in contact with the management."
He explained: "I do not believe Ahmed Mustafa Zizo will move to Al Ahly, because he is different from the other players who decided to join the red team, after he has made a great history with Zamalek and he has two years left to become the club's all-time top scorer and will be a great legend with Zamalek like Hassan Shehata, Hamada Imam, and others.
