Schubert retracts his statements about Ali Maaloul
The former Al -Ahly star Ahmed Schubert retracted his statements about the injury of Ali Maaloul, the star of Al -Ahmar.
Schubert said on Al -Ahly Channel: "Alia was mixed during the radio program, and I told Cole, I do not say that Ali Maaloul was injured and said that he was not ready.
He added: "Maaloul will need 10 days to return to the stadiums, and this is an unintended mistake from me."
Schubert had said in statements through his radio program "With Schubert" on "On Sport FM": "I blame Koler because of his statements at the press conference after the Al -Ahly and Zamalek match at the summit regarding a injury to Maaloul."
He explained: "Ali Maaloul is not currently suffering from any injury, and Kuller made a mistake in his statements about the Tunisian player's complaint about a new injury."
Schubert added: "Koller should have clarified that Maaloul is not ready in terms of medical point of view, but he stressed that the player is still suffering from an injury, and this is not true at all."
