The National Court of Luis Rubiales on charges of sexual assault for his kissing Jenny Hermos, the Spanish national team, during the celebration of the Women's World Cup in 2023.
The court decided to fined Rubiales of 20 euros per day for 18 months (about 10800 euros in general) and will not be able to approach the football player for a distance of 200 meters over the next four years.
The former President of the Spanish Football Association will have to pay an additional 3000 euros due to civil responsibility.
The prosecution had demanded Rubiais prison for a year and a half on charges of "coercion", but he was acquitted of this alleged charge, and he was satisfied with fining him financially.
